To place an order, select the ORDER FORM, where you must register with your name and email. 

Upon registering you will have to activate your registration. Just go to the email you entered when registering.

Once activated you can enter your order information.

If you register on your desktop and are having issues on your mobile (and visa versa), please do a password reset using the same password when you registered.
